Each year, thousands of people come to Curtin for a night of food, entertainment, markets and good times. We’re looking for food vendors, local businesses, makers, community groups and performers to help make the night what it is.
It’s a great chance to get your business in front of new people, sell your products and be part of one of Curtin’s biggest events of the year.

Food & Beverage
Food is a huge part of Pasar Malam, and we’re always looking for great things to eat and drink.
We welcome applications from food trucks, food stalls, dessert vendors and beverage vendors offering everything from street food and cultural favourites to sweet treats and specialty drinks.

WHO CAN GET INVOLVED?
MARKET STALLS
Got something to sell? We’re looking for local makers, artists, retailers and small businesses with products such as handmade goods, clothing, accessories, artwork, gifts and other specialty items.
Cultural & COMMUNITY GROUPS
If your organisation has something to share, we’d love to hear from you.
Cultural groups, community organisations, not-for-profits and student clubs can get involved through information stalls, cultural displays, activities and interactive experiences.
Performers & Entertainment
Got a talent you’d like to share? We’re looking for musicians, dancers, cultural performers, performance groups and other entertainers to take to the stage and help bring Pasar Malam to life.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Important Information for Participants
There are a few things you’ll need to have in place before taking part in Pasar Malam.
Depending on what you’re doing at the event, this may include:

Following Curtin University and event requirements
If you’re not sure what applies to you, don’t worry. Successful applicants will receive all the information they need, including any specific requirements for their stall or participation.

Pasar Malam is an inclusive event with accessible parking and pathways throughout. Please note that photography and filming will occur for promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our team. More information coming soon.
